Touch Tone Teller

You always have access to your account with Touch Tone Teller. This service is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Using a Touch Tone phone you are able to access your account for balances, make transfers, inquire on checks that have cleared your account and request funds to be sent to you. Simply call (816)842-0727 or Toll Free 800-254-1535 with your account number and PIN you will be able to receive information on your account any time. Use the codes below to use the Touch Tone Teller.

Amount Entry. Do not enter the decimal point when entering amounts. For $35 enter 3500. For $350 enter 35000. Touch Tone Teller will enter the decimal for you and repeat the amount you have entered for verification.

For Loan Inquiries use the loan number assigned to your loan, I.e. #1, #2 etc. Check you monthly statement for the correct loan number.
